Sergei Odintsov is a Spanish-based Russian physicist currently active in the field of gravitational physics. He works at the Institut de Ciències de l'Espai [1]. Prof. Odintsov contributed with several articles on astrophysical and cosmological consequences of long-range modified models of gravity. In particular, he addressed the problem of the cosmic acceleration within this context.
